We have a winner!

Regardless... this thread has been a great read.

I guess I can still climb a few things.....till I am fortunate to finish 7 summits, join Zeus on a pedestal, and move on from this mountaineering garbage.

No one really gives a shit about technical level here (at least I don't). People are saying you should do more of that hiking you say you love doing. It is quite funny when some guy gives everyone advice online and than you find out he has done one class 1 CA 13er in 2 years he has been here. It sounds especially funny when you say people are jealous of getting 7 summits done. Oh shit, I am sure Dow is itching to collect a thousand dollars so someone could guide him up Kilimanjaro.

2 weeks on Kilimanjaro vs 2 weeks in Bugaboos....hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm :D

This thread reminds me of the hazy days of winter. I suspect some of us have been spending more of the long days outdoors, while others got into one clash too many. That slide reminds of a song.
