New route page for Mount Rogers: Mount Rogers Trail.

What a great hike! It's a beautiful trail and just perfect for a day hike. If you're lucky, you can even see some wild ponies...!

I just added a brief trip report for The Birkhead Mountains, arguably the oldest (and lowest) mountain range in North America. Only 60 miles from my house, I'd been meaning to hike there for years:
