Zion National Park inholding development

It's privately owned land. The Feds should have bought it when they extended the park boundaries.

If the government didn't buy the land, they can't really complain that people are now building homes on it.

I think everybody (in Utah) already knows that the Government is to be blamed for everything that is bad.
