I don't think there are any existing routes on the south side. That's some decent looking rock up there. Indeed time to explore..

Funny you asked, Miguel and I actually hiked up there many years ago (1980s), and talked about doing something on that wall "someday". I have no idea what we ended up doing that weekend, but we never came back to this. A friend who was on the Mallory-LeConte plateau this spring mentioned McAdie to me again. You better get on it soon bro, now that it is here on the Internet, it might not stay unexplored forever. Looks to me like a bit of good climbing, propably out of my league too these days...

Brutus and I took a looksee at it with the intent of returning the following season.

Unfortunately Brutus passed and I resumed local projects.

Had a very recent looksee that rejuvenated my interest.... maybe.

Vitaliy will probably claim a FA on it shortly, although everyone knows it's yours because you talked about it.

Vitaliy doesn't like to drive so far...but those cracks look nice...

Here is a section of wall that is located not more than 1/4 mile or so just east of McAdie where Brtus/Em and I did some work four years ago.... super nice stuff.

Did some work? Did you complete a route to the top? Looks nice, always wondered where that picture was from. Is that on Hitchcock? I know a few routes were put up on it a few years ago by some guys from PH...
