hi all -- we'd like to climb one of the CO 14ers this Feb and I'm having a hard time picking one. Wondering if anyone more familiar with the area could make a suggestion? I'm thinking a ridge route, something that will take a couple of days. My main criteria is that there be minimal to no avalanche terrain on the approach. Bonus points if it's a route/area where we're not likely to run into other people.
We've already done Elbert, Torrey's and Quandary.
