Seem tape help!

by ChristopherFranklin » Sun Jan 27, 2013 4:13 pm

I washed my rain fly off and I noticed a lot of the seem tape is falling off. How do I fix this and get it rain worthy again?

Seam grip... http://www.rei.com/product/603034/gear- ... 1b2166c62d

Apply just enough to re-stick the tape, and powder any exposed glue to prevent it from sticking to the rest of the tent once rolled up. Let cure for a few weeks unrolled, if you can. It'll be a permanent fix, though.. great stuff.
where am i going... and why am i in this handbasket?
