doesn't matter. it's fair use now due to it's newsworthiness. that video is everywhere.

Agreed, but the original youtube link was dead stating a copyright violation. So I had to upload another.

That would be my guess.
I say don't worry about it-he screwed up, but he is still alive. He should be grateful. I'm glad he didn't get waxed, either. Let the video be a(very vivid!) example of what not to do.
