anyone heading to the Adks this weekend?

I wish... Stuck working the past 10 days straight! The paycheck will be nice though.

I'm trying to make it up there sometime by the end of this month, looking to do Pyramid/Gothics.

that's a nice hike. did it in June during t-storms... not so nice! but the clouds made for some dramatic photos.

fall is just around the corner - best time to hike imo, and best time to climb in the gunks, if people are interested.

anyone heading down this weekend?

heading to meet up at poke o moonshine. then maybe hurricane crag, upper washbowl, chapel pond slab, beer walls... it's nice to only have to drive 2ish hours to get to all these places.
or I will hike today/climb tomorrow.

Hurricane Mt, Owl Peaks, Nun-da-ga-o....... good for a nice traipse.

This was on the 10th. I think this was the first photo I took of the day. I believe that's Giant in the background.
