Hi Anita - the bivy bag plus stuff sack plus plastic wire stiffener (the hoop thingy) weigh 28 oz on my (simple) spring scale. The flattened dimensions are approximately 108" x 33" -- with a sleeping bag and a person inside and the hoop stiffener in place, it would be a bit shorter and narrower.
