Can't search forums

When I try and forum search, it says I'm not allowed! :/

I'm trying to search for how to ad pictures to a forum post - can you direct me to how to do this as well please!

I've changed your settings so that now you should have full access to the forum.

To insert a picture, you can use the "Img" tag and a URL, or you can upload from your computer as an attachment. For the latter option, scroll down; it's below the "Submit" tab.

I just joined and have the same problem... looking for forum on San Benito and Yuba County. thanks
