Mt Whitney is totally booked so between these two which do you guys prefer?

Mt. Muir is in the Whitney zone (the easiest route on Muir is a short scramble off the main Whitney trail, between Trail Crest and the Whitney summit) so if you can't get a Whitney permit you won't be able to get a Muir permit. So of the ones for which you can get a permit, Mt. Langley has the better trail/view!
