When I climbed the first weekend in December the conditions were pretty similar to now, and probably the worst rockfall activity I had ever experienced... at least in any of the areas folks typically go.

It was near constant. Mostly rocks about an inch in size hurling down from the Red Banks that quickly made their way to the little bit of icy snow in the lowpoints and continued down to 11500 feet. I took a break as I passed all of this so I wouldn't be in the worst of it. A few minutes later I heard a noise and ducked just in time to avoid a fist-sized rock miss me by less than a couple feet.

Good times!
