Thinking about attempting University from Robinson Lake/University Pass (or shortcut var.) mid June. Anyone been up that way could comment on snow conditions? I've not been there before. Attempted north face last summer but was chased off by a thunderstorm after choosing the wrong route part way up. Just thought I would try the "other" side for a different hike/scenery this year. Being south-facing and a low-ish snow year, I wonder if that area becomes snow free quickly. Any info. would really be appreciated.
