I've said that it's amazing what he's done after the amputations. It's terrific the urge to improve of certain people and Juanito has had the strength and determination of repeating an 8000er after the last frostbites. Is it not incredible :?: For me is very admirable what he's achieved eventhough many of his ascents has been in the normal routes. He'll improve his record if he continue climbing 8000ers but I hope he knows when he should stop that race before having a fatal experience. There are many mountains as beautiful as the big mountains of Asia to be enjoyed

Frostbite aside, I got the impression he actually likes to climb the big ones. I have met so many of those tick list people who're only in for the list itself. Doing it like any kind of job, feeling the obligation to continue.
