Climber dies in fall from The Footstool NZ
Posted: Wed Dec 23, 2015 6:10 amI still have nightmares from when I climbed the Footstool. Nearly died twice. Once when my rope partner slipped on ice and nearly dragged us into a big cravasse. Then on the way down I fell about 50ft into a cravasse. Some body is always dying on the Footstool. Great mountain but be careful on it.
