Ok, here we go again. As the previous ones, this one is not too difficult, since the mountain is quite popular.
What is the name of the snowy mountain in the center of the photo (not the rocky one in front)? From where did I take the shot?

Hohe Munde?

No, the mountain on the photo is not Hohe Munde. But from Hohe Munde you see the mountain on the photo as well.

Stand alone mountain and higher than the surroundings. In front it seems to be limestone and the mountain contains of an other type of rocks. You shot this image from the norther alps (your favourite area )

is this a close up view from a summit with 23/6 ?

You' re right Sebastian. Well, since I don' t have a car, trips to the central alps aren' t very easy and so I do that only a very few times a year But the northern groups of the alps are day-trips from my home so I' m there quite a lot...

You may laugh, but I planned to climb 12/0 in autumn, because the views must be splendid from that position... Sounds like a good idea

The mountains name is that of a bird in German. Its in Austria and over 3000m high.

Picture was taken from a famous ski area southwest of a bigger Austrian city that is also famous for it's nordic ski jump area. The ski area the picture was taken from was built for Olympic games a long time ago (before I was born).

The mountain I stand on is not very far from that city, but not south of it. On the mountain is no ski area, but a small ski area is nearby.

Seefelder Joch and Härmalekopf are pretty close but it has not 16/8. Don' t forget to consider the rocky mountain in front! I think solution is close now...

Ok, we are all clear the mountain is Habicht.

Stays the question from where it was taken, which is a guess game with Tele-pictures: my guess was, the picture was taken from the mountain range between Axamer Lizum skiarea and the Stubai valley. There are several peaks possible.

But all of them are south of Innsbruck, so it can't be ...

Maybe the rocky chain in front is part of that range between Axamer Lizum skiarea and the Stubai valley?

With a lot more Tele it also might be

Kuhlochspitze 2297m -> checksum = 20 > 18
Hohe Warte 2597m -> checksum = 23 > 18
Brandjochspitze 2599m -> checksum = 25 > 18
