Found 2809 m for the Aiguille du Franchet, if it's the one...

Aiguille Franchet is not indicated on my maps, but Rochers de Franchet are too far East...

Another hint: if you look closely you can see at least one building and some bulldozed areas.

Edit: well you can't really see them in the photos above (you can barely see them in the original at full size) but here they are:

19/7 (2827) was bulldozed for ski purposes

#42 Shuangru peak, aka the double breast mountain.
Located in the Zhenfeng County, Guizhou Province, China,
it is a trademark sight of an area otherwise known beyond the Chinese borders
for its peculiar geological formations.
