AD- in Penine or Bernese Alps (Switzerland)

I'm looking for some routes witch has AD- difficulity in Penine Alps (maybe close to Dom and Weisshorn). Alternatively it can be also in Bernese Alps.
It would be the best if one mountain is about 3700-3800 meters high and another above 4000.
Does anybody know some routes like that? Can you give me links or some other info?
I couldn't find any mountain (3700-3800m) with interesting AD- route this area.

Check out these two mountains in the eastern part of the Bernese alps:
Lauteraarhorn, 4.042m, normal route: AD- and
Schreckhorn, 4.078m, normal route: AD+

Dufourspitze, Brunegghorn, and two I haven´t done yet but which are high on my list: Dent d´ Herens and Bietschhorn west ridges. You may want to look at the new guidebook from Bergverlag Rother (Western alps part 1), it has many routes in that difficulty range, both well known and less well known ones. Bought it for my family holiday, made bizarre reading on the beach...

Climbing stand alone mountains between 3.700 - 3.900 it worth to drive 1 hour westwards in the area of Mont Blanc de Cheilon, La Ruinette, etc... .

If you intend to find test & acclimatization trips for Dom (PD) + Weisshorn (AD-) i wouldn't consider even harder untertakings like Schreckhorn (AD+); on the other hand La Ruinette normal way is F+ or so.
Bietschhorn is a very beautiful and rewarding goal matching your specification.
Brunegghorn also offers various routes in the PD...AD range. In combination the easy 4k peak of Bishorn can be done from the same hut (Turtmann).
Grand Cornier also should do, but is situated more apart from matter valley.
