If you're in the Biala Woda Valley, try and assess the number of people compared to the other side of the stream. About a decade ago, the ratio was about 1:100. I wonder what it's now that the frontier has been no problem for a few years.
You know, Yatsek, if I could redesign the mapping of the Tatras trails, I would.
- I would connect Schronisko Roztoka to Biala Woda valley.
- I would open another small PL-SK trail at the point of Biala Woda where the morskie oko trail would start to diverge. Biala Woda plus this would be the only pedestrian way to Morskie Oko.
- The asphalt road to Morskie Oko would be only for horses vehicles, cyclers, national park cars and mountain hut supplying (road closed to cyclers in 97 due to an accidental collision)
- I would make a portion of trail to link przelecz Gladka to the 5 Lakes official trail (blue)
- I would reopen the SK trail that runs under Swinica from Prze??cz Liliowe to Závory
- I would open the trail from Wrota Chalubinskiego to the slovak valley below and connect to the red trail of Koprovska Dolina
- No idea if this could be applied reasonnably to Migusowiecka Przelecz but if yes it would make sense too
- Reopen the Baranie Sedlo trail
- A trail though Zelazna Brana would make sense too
- Perhaps the trail to Rysy via Biala Woda ?
etc etc...
