Albania - Korab - snow cover in June?
Posted: Tue Feb 14, 2012 1:42 pmWe’re up for a bit of hiking. Not intending to take any mountaineering gear this time (ropes, crampons, etc). Would like to hike up Mount Korab i.e. the highest peak of Albania, from Albanian side. Will there still be snow cover in early June?
Also, for general hiking/backpacking, is the Korab area as good as the Prokletije range, which I was recommended by someone else before?
