Agree with RGG and would like to add and idea: not sure which Via Ferratas you're interested in but many are near hotels in the passes. For example, Via Ferrata Pisciadu starts from Passo Gardena which has hotels. They tend to have the capacity to be flexible and you get some privacy which, in my opinion, on a long trek is sometimes a luxury!
