Any 3000+ mountain without snow in Europe?

Can someone please suggest 3000+ peaks in Europe with little to no snow until late October? I am not really into climbing on snow right now, nor do I have crampons yet. Sorry for the stupid question, mods feel free to delete this thread if not suitable. Your feedback is much appreciated.

Also, Etna on Sicily or Mulhacen in Sierra Nevada. if you're lucky. In the Alps you'll need even more luck. In 2012 I had a vacation in November and the mountains were snow-free. However, it was in the Karawanken Range where elevations are not too high. Triglav (28xxm) was free of snow, however.

But then, I had snow in August as well (certainly not this year). And ice on Teide on Jan 1st 2014 ...

There's beautiful mountains below 3000m as well

Thanks for the reply guys, much appreciated.

Last week I climbed Großglockner via Stüdlgrat. It was a hell of an experience.

Now I'm thinking of a 4000er for next year. :)
