GR11 Traverse of Spanish Pyrenees with dog

I'm planning on attempting the GR11 traverse of the pyrenees from the Spanish side this summer (approx start dates: 15-30 of June). The plan is to take my dog with me as my furry adventure partner. We go on multiple hikes on a weekly basis and have done various overnights. She can also carry her own food and water. So far I've planned to camp pretty much every night.
My question is: has anyone else completed such a long traverse solo with your dog? What is some advice you have for us? What things should I be ready for that I might not have thought about?
