Yes; after I leave the Front Range. Figures. It's -19F right now. Long term forecasts say we may reach 32F by February 15, but I'm not holding my breath.

This DesertUSA page has a bit more information about the Ringtail. http://www.desertusa.com/mag01/mar/papr/ringt.html They are not cats (despite common names like "Ringtail Cat" and "Miners Cat"), but are rather related to both racoons and cotimundis. The one is this photo I believe to be a ... begger or scavinger. No other reason I can see to be on the summit of a desert peak in broad daylight. Still a cute little devil, though.
