Climb, hike, and fight ovarian cancer one foot at a time! Help HERA Women's Cancer Foundation raise funds and awareness for ovarian cancer the weekend of June 11 & 12 in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. Presented by REI, Boulder Rock Club and Colorado Mountain School, the hiking trail options vary in length and technical challenge, while the crag options provide a world-class rock climbing experience for participants at every ability level, even those who have never climbed before. New this year are the outdoor skills clinics with pros, such as wilderness first aid basics, Geology for Climbers, First Aid, and Flora and Fauna. Using fundraising tips and tools provided by HERA, participants conduct personal fundraising campaigns prior to the event. Special prize packages are also awarded to the top three individual fundraisers and the top fundraising team. Together we can turn our passion into action and truly make a difference -- join us for Climb for Life Colorado 2010! The registration fee is $75, and the registration deadline is June 10.
