Nice to know that the site is on track to be opened for legal access eventually. The MROSD acquired the property some years ago.

Yeah, well, it all depends if Mid Pen can get it together enough to actually do something with the money. Mid Pen (at least in the past several years) have been notorious for sitting on their asses and not doing diddily squat about the Almaden Air Force Station, even with programs backed by B Boxer and M Honda. IMO, Mid Pen is the absolutely from organization to be in charge of this.

HAHA. Hmm, when have I heard that before?

None of the listed meetings in the link ever happened. I went to the two or three that were held back back in 2005/6 or so, but they mysteriously stopped hosting them after that. The meetings were more of an entertainment thing than anything useful.

3.2 million out of 11 million needed. This isn't going anywhere. Mt Um will still remain closed for a long time, as long as Mid Pen is in charge.
