Well, and again I fell into a crevasse, this time in a hidden crevasse (no jumping) while traversing Whitney Glacier over Memorial Day Weekend, 2014.

Clmbr,
Nice to see you climbing the bad ice cubes on the rope for change.
A pastime that definitely beats a habit of whiskey in the company of Mr. Saturday Night Special..
We all want you to be an old AND bold climber..
Be careful out there. :)

If it was not the SummitPost.org and you guys I would have most likely been still climbing lonely hiding in between slopes. So thank you for that.

It's always good when the hidden crevasses aren't hidden!

Welcome to the club. The last time I fell into a hidden crevasse on the Whiney Glacier (or anywhere else, in fact) was in 1970. Fortunately, I was center roped between two experienced mountaineers. BTW, if you're falling into un-hidden crevasses, you're probably doing something wrong!

Say hellooo to the crevasse. Tap lightly on the door before you open it.
