Dial and Nippletop mountain

Hi! Looking to hike dial and nippletop mountain next weekend and wanted to do a couple overnights to make my sisters first high peak adventure easy and fun! What is the best place to park to start the hike? How far from the parking lot would we have to hike with our gear til the first camping spot? Any other tips or advice would be great!! Thanks!

PIck up an Adirondacks High Peaks Trail Guide. Well worth the investment and it will have the answers to all your questions. Park at the hiker parking near the Ausable Club in St. Huberts. You start the hike on AMR land and cannot camp there. You also can't camp legally above 3500 feet. So the camping options are limited on this route. May be better off as a day hike.
