Anyone used the Absolute 0 down parka on Denali? Just purchased one for $314 brand new. 2012 model. There are no temp ratings on the tags and I can't seem to find any info online. MH has not gotten back to me yet. I know it'll be more than adequate I'm just trying to find an example of the extremes it can be put through. Thanks.

I used the Absolute Zero on Denali in 2010. You will see many others using it as well. We didn't have any super cold weather on our trip so I didn't really test the jacket, but I was never cold. Also, the other layers you have beneath it are important. The guide services usually have pretty good equipment lists to look over which are helpful for planning.

Thanks Cab. I have my layering system down and for late May through Mid June, I doubt I'll really be testing it out either. Just wondering what the most extreme conditions the parka has been successful in.

Cheers!

We had -60 temps and strong winds on our summit day on Denali and I was comfortable in this jacket. As part of an overall layering system but this jacket was definitely warm enough to get the job done. Have fun.
