Hi everyone, I have a pair of size 46 La Sportiva Spantiks. Right now I have BD Sabretooth crampons that I have been using with them. The heel tabs and heel lever are a too tight on the heel of the boot, and I can't get a good fit. I am using the long flex bar on the crampons now. Has anyone found a good solution or better crampon?

Could I get different heel levers (maybe Grivel?) or the heel to a different crampon?

To note, I have a pair of hybrid Petzl Vasaks and a pair of Raveltik strap crampons I could take parts from.
