Dana Designs Packs: Warranty and Repair Options

If you have a Dana Designs pack and have a warranty question/issue it looks like Dana Gleason over at Mystery Ranch is still honoring the Dana Designs lifetime limited warranty.

FWIW, it looks like Marmot outsources their Dana Designs warranty to Rainy Pass Repair.

Per Marmot [as of August 2017]:
"If we determine that your pack is covered under warranty, you will be provided with a credit for Marmot product to be used through the Warranty department, and the Dana item will be donated. If you are not prepared to part with your pack, please make that clear in your Repair Order in the notes section so we can determine the best course of action for you once we receive your item in for a Warranty evaluation."
It looks like you have a couple of options when it comes to repair/replacement/warranty if you want to keep/repair your DD pack.
Please post updates/corrections moving forward..
