what ? . . . and ruin a perfectly good reason to bring just about every piece of junk I couldn't decide to take or not take . . . just slam it in in the big black pack . . . luckily I've retired it to just winter pleasures.

I'm 6'1" and it's a large so . . .

Well, matter of fact, I have been thinking of selling mine. Hard to part with, though, as it was once an old favorite.
Good condition, blue color, no pics yet. Like I said, I've been thinking of selling it.
Shoot me a pm if interested.

I’ve got a Astralplane Overkill medium belt, medium frame, medium shoulder. Cost me $459 mail order from Mountain Gear back in 1996, when I had a stronger body and weaker mind. Can fit the kitchen sink and dishwasher too. Way more than I need nowadays, but fits so damn good I can’t see myself parting with it. Makes 60 lbs feel like 40, which is good, since the empty pack itself weighs almost 10 lbs.

So..... are you selling your pack or not Brian?? :)

Still looking for a medium Terraplane? I got one, in good shape- green, definitely from the Bozeman era (I bought it when I worked at Marmot Mountainworks in the late 90's. Small tear in one of outside pockets (small 1inch square of duct tape doing duty fine), other than that it's in excellent shape. Let me know if you're interested. I'm in berkeley, ca.

Take care!
Aran

I just posted one on Craigslist:
http://missoula.craigslist.org/spo/2010252662.html

It looks like I never used it and I might not have. I bought a smaller, lighter North Face at about the same time and decided I'd rather be cold and hungry than carry the bigger loads...
