Ropes on sale

I'm just starting to climb so I don't know at this point. There is a site called the clymb that you have to join to see their items and prices. Right now they have Sterling ropes on drastic discout. I know the climbing gym I go to uses these for their static ropes at least. Anyways, here is what they have
Evolution Velocity Limited Edition Camo 60M for $99, Evolution Velocity Dry 70M for 139, Marathon Sport 60M for 119, and a lot more. Are these good prices? I looked around a little and it seems low, but I don't want to be a chump.
