Hello.

Trying to find some boots for my wife for some mountaineering trips but she ideally needs a 43 womens fit and neither the Scarpa Mantas or La Sportiva equivalent all seem to top out at 42 and they are slightly tight on toes. Tried a mens boot but the longer ones were too wide.

Are there any other brands in the UK of similar quality but different fits?

We are in Yorkshire if anyone has any recommendations for outdoor shops with big range then happy to try them out.

I have a pair of Kayland (Super Ice Pro), and they seem to fit somewhere between Scarpa (tighter in the heels, not quite as wide in the forefoot) but wider than La Sportiva. The quality is every bit as good, or better, than any Scarpa (I've owned five pairs of their mountaineering boots) or La Sportiva (I've owned two pairs of the their mountaineering boots, two three pairs of approach shoes and around two dozen pairs of rock shoes).
