Current Conditions at Glacier National Park - Logan Pass

There is still a lot of snow at Logan Pass as well as on the peaks surrounding the pass.
The entire basin above the Visitor's Center is packed with snow. Most approaches to the routes and peaks around the pass will include crossing snow for at least a few more weeks.
Lunch Creek Basin routes to Piegan and Pollock are still covered on the lower slopes with snowfields and the upper waterfall appears unclimbable at this time due to a large snowbank below the cliffs at the falls. It would be necessary to approach the basin from the lower slopes of Piegan of Piegan Pass rather than using the climbers trail along Lunch Creek. The peaks look climbable after getting to the upper basin and saddle.
According to the NPS the Highline Trail is closed until at least July 10-14. There are sections of DANGEROUS snow above the road. The climbers trail near Gould is also blocked at this time with snow along the creek but should clear out soon. The entire Highline area has a large amount ofv snow (up to 10 feet at Granite Park as of June 25). Approach from The Loop is possible with snow level just below Granite Park Chalet.
The basin between Gould and Haystack is also filled with a large quantity of snow and Gould looks like it will be at least a few weeks before it is dry enough to climb.
Going-to-the-Sun and Matahphi routes are remaining snow covered on the lower slopes below their joining saddle. GTTS also has a lot of snow in the nasty gully as welll as the west face.
In other words...if you are planning on doing any peaks in Glacier that have any elevation I would recommend waiting for another 10-14 days.
