Trying to fit a new peak into this next year in the northern rockies. Thus far was planning to do Gannett, but it's looking like I may have to plan something with a shorter approach as finding the time to do Gannett could be a challenge this year.

Does anyone know of some good routes that have some diversity with glacier &/ snow travel, low grade rock, and at least an overnight (10ish miles) on the approach? Would love to find something in the winds as I've fallen in love with the winds, but open to other options. Been looking at some potential new routes, but haven't found anything that feels certain yet. Also, the less traveled the better.

Gannett can be done as an overnight.

True, but I'm human and a flatlander to boot so a little time to acclimate is a good thing.

Granite can be done as an overnight. We did 2 nights. If you did it earlier, you'd get the snow travel you are seeking.

You could do Fremont via the Buttress with mostly scrambling and some snow depending on the time of year, or the peaks on the west side of Titcomb Basin (American Legion, Twins, Winifred, Henderson) can all be reached via a mixed route.

Triple Glacier? It's got a bit of everything, and you can bomb down the Skillet Glacier to make the return fast. Ever since they made the northern Tetons America's Strategic Grizzly Reserve, almost no one goes up there.
