snakebite medicine for hikers and hunters

Hello countrymen,I'm a hiker and a hunter. I've been hiking in mountains and jungle for around 6 years. In my hiking days I've seen a great many kinds of animals and insects. and the most common one was the snake.
I had to face about 10 kinds of snakes. but luckily I haven't been bitten ever. but there is always a chance. so I thought it would be better to take precautions. I was developing my hunting site passionatehunters.com and wrote a post about the snakebite first aid. but I'm not sure about the products as I haven't tested yet. Can anybody help me on this?
I to get suggestions from those who have used any anti venom already or have enough knowledge on this.
