Favorite exercise?

Many people are comfortable in doing the same exercise routines. Like me sometimes, I usually opt for taebo. My parents choose jogging while my grandparents are used to walking. How about you? What's your favorite exercise?

I'm going for fast run/ups. i.e running on the spot with lifting my knees up quite a long way. 500 or 1,000 at a time. The last 200 as fast as I can go so I get really out of breath.

Not much I know, but a variety of minor health problems that will not go away have virtually ended my hill walking at present. And I have to do something to slow down my continuing weight increase and to keep heart and lungs working hard at least once a day.

Lovin' the wife. It's been proven that it builds the immune system too.

Actually, any cardiologist will tell you that lovin' somebody who's NOT your wife is a more strenuous workout (very high risk of cardiac arrest for overweight, middle-aged guys, unless they've been training for it through lifelong practice).

I haven't verified this first-hand, since to the best of my knowledge I've never slept with your wife.

My favorite exercise is trail running. It's never boring and it's a serious work-out.

Skate skiing is a close second.

I asked this same question to a guy from Brooklyn (we were base camped on the Ingram Glacier) back 2001, his response was classic..

The plunk. I stand up perfectly straight, then fall forward, holding my body perfectly rigid. Just before I hit, I exhale really hard and propel myself back up to a standing position.
