I had a partner shit his pants while we were climbing Huandoy Sur in Peru. He used a knife to cut out his underwear and made a feeble attempt to keep going, but we soon had to retreat.

I got my head stuck once coming out of a cave - it was called Frustration Pit, which was proven by my experience. Took me almost an hour to get unstuck and out of there. Talk about embarrassed!

...of course I wouldn't have crapped myself on the climb. The between-pitch-emergency, I'll admit to. And some wait-I-can't-lead-yet-give-me-a-second stuff. But this... wow.
