No picture here but the john at Crabtree meadow, west of Mt Whitney, is the best ever. Just a toilet out in a meadow with the whole world for walls.

I'll join the debate. Though I don't have a picture, the shitter at the lower saddle on the Grand (is it still there?) had/has the best view I can think of.

James W and Andinistaloco both beat me to the two that come to mind. I don't have a picture including the outhouse at the Lower Saddle on the Grand Teton (it is still there, though), but here's one from 2009 at the Pigeon-Howser Towers Col in the Bugaboos.

Do these outhouses have windows?

The one at the Mt San Antonio Ski hut on Mt Baldy in California does.
