link trip reports from other websites? I wrote up a pretty lengthy trip report on my recent climb in Mexico and would like to share as there might be some valuable data for others in it. I haven't spent much time here so I don't wanna upset the apple cart.

Thanks

Most people go the other way (write the report in Summitpost and link it back to 14ers.com --- I presume you mean your recent 14ers.com trip report). I think many people find it easier to write reports on SP (but both sites are very user friendly). You are more than welcome to link the report, but I wouldn't expect a lot of comments/votes. I think the general practice is frowned upon, but by no means against 'the rules.'

You'll find that the Orizaba/Rainier/Whitney/CO 14ers TR's (standard routes) all start blending into eachother after awhile...

Yeah I usually go the other way...I like the way SP displays their TR's. I did link one from my own site recently to see how it would work and I know others do the same. I would recommend maybe doing it once or twice on occasion but not make it the norm.

Many people post the TR on multiple sites, rather than link it. Such a practice is not frowned upon at all if done like that.

Copy and paste works fairly well for me. It is pain in the ass to upload all the pics though.
