<i>We should start a support group for SP addicts.</i>
<ol>
<li>We admitted we were powerless over our addiction - that our lives had become unmanageable
<li>Came to believe that a <strike>Power</strike> Points greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity
<li>Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of <b>Josh</b> as we understood <b>Josh</b>
<li>Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves
<li>Admitted to <b>Josh</b>, to ourselves and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs
<li>Were entirely ready to have <b>Josh</b> remove all these defects of character
<li>Humbly asked <b>Josh</b> to remove our <strike>shortcomings</strike> vengeful votes
<li>Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all
<li>Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others
<li>Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it
<li>Sought through <strike>prayer and meditation</strike> email to improve our conscious contact with <b>Josh</b> as we understood <b>Josh</b>, praying only for knowledge of <b>Josh</b>'s will for us and the power to carry that out
<li>Having had a <strike>spiritual awakening</strike> long p & P thread as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to other addicts, and to practice these principles in all our affairs

Hey, I brought a whole new meaning to the term "heel hook". ;^)

It was really all Cathy's fault. She egged me on, telling me that there's no way I was even going to get off the ground. Of course, that meant I just had to climb it... on TR thank goodness!

LOL Rob!

<i>Carolyn's new shoes look like they would be good in soft snow.</i>

Steve, I think maybe she is saving up for a pair of these now

I say we start calling her "Ines" ...

"I will never complain about how my climbing shoes edge, ever again ..."

Is "rhyang", Rob? Damn, you said it. The next time I complain about MY climbing shoes, I'll remember that they could've been high heel pumps... I think they'd suck for smearing.

B :)

21 May 2005 - Nadie and me climbed Cabeza Mayor following the route of Loma del Empalotado. We started at 1420 m on the road from Rascafría to Puerto de Cotos. 1105 m / 3625 ft gained and descent in 8 h 20 min.

3 and 4 June 2005 - We camped at 1730 m near the road from Puerto de la Quesera to Majaelrayo. The next day we ascended Alto de Parrejón, Buitrera, Alto del Cervunalillo and Alto de la Escaleruega. The descent was on the same route passing only some meters below the top of Alto de Parrejón. 8 hours. Tmax = 28ºC / 82F (in the shadow).

25 and 26 June 2005 - We climbed Almanzor starting in La Plataforma and doing a windy bivi above Charco de la Esmeralda (2000 m approx). The route was by Portilla de los Cobardes (normal), then desdended to Refugio Elola, where we'd left gear and returned to Plataforma. I'll write the summit log soon. 12h 30min. Tmin = 9ºC / 48F (bivi)
