14, but I rocked the NE and missed big names like CO's HP.

I also couldn't remember my home state's, which is lame. Although, so is the hill.

No 50 for me, I only got 35.

Several years ago, I could name them in my sleep. :D

Now, I'm afraid of embarrassing myself if I go blank on a name while taking a timed test!

I can, however, recall what every highpoint (except the BIG one -- "We're the 49ers - Just say NO to Denali") looks like. Does that count?

I got 39, missed a smattering of peaks throughout the eastern 1/2 of the country, but got all the western states.

Don't feel bad for missing a bunch, if you click on the "most missed" to see the results you will find that 95% people who take the quiz get less than 10 correct!

16. Got all the ones I have climbed or want to climb + Kansas and Florida cause they're funny.

Well, I guess I got a few others I don't care to climb, like Nevada.

31 - But it was really more of a spelling test for me. I spent a lot time trying to spell about seven or so that I never could get right. The most frustrating was Arizona (Humphries, Humphry, Humph . . .).

I was going to scream if the legitimate name for Alaska's high point did not register as correct. It was satisfying to type it and have it work.

The highest one I missed was Tennessee. And I still don't know it (or care much), even though I read it just 5 minutes ago!

Of the points lower than 6684, I got NH, NE, KS, MI, and FL. I know NH because it's obvious. I know NE, KS, and FL because of their comical value. The only reason I know MI is because I grew up in that state. But I never bothered to drive 800 miles round-trip to bag its high point which is 150 feet lower than where my house in NV is now, even though I'm still at a pretty low elevation out here.

That's still only 21 out of 51, though.

But maybe I deserve 21.5. I was trying to remember the name of that lump in OK, so I started typing, and the high point for KY popped up before I could finish!

HA! Precisely the same for me. I got the same number right and must have tried every variation for Arizona.

47.

Couldn't spell Alabama's or Missouri's (even though I lived there). Didn't know DC or Delaware.

Everyone should know the state highpoints so you have a partial list of places not to visit (thought many state highpoints are well worth doing). Know thy enemy. Indiana's Highpoint was simply the worst waste of a day I've ever had. Although I've tried to block it out, I still remember the name of it. Flat states bite.
