I have been there many times, not to climb (there are no ferratas), but to sightsee. It is a very beautiful canyon, the largest in Europe, and the French prefer to call it "Grand Canyon du Verdon", although it is only half as deep as the U.S. Grand Canyon, and much narrower. You can also take a nice hike through the canyon, which we did, where part of the time you go through very long tunnels, that are completely dark, so bring torches.
