With the extremist views NPR has I don't know how much I would personally take from their reviews. But I just finished Ed Viesturs book, "K2, Life and Death on the Worlds Most Dangerous Mountain. And Bradley Washburn, The Last of His Kind by David Roberts and they were both very good.
