The NW Ice Couloir, Eldorado Peak, North Cascades was highlighted in the latest issue of climbing magazine in an article titled "Cool Couloirs". I was surprised a more famous route like Triple Couloirs wasn't selected. Having made the second ascent of the NW Ice couloir in splendid conditions, I can attest to its "coolness". Good job of Climbing for highlinghting a slightly obscure but super high quality route.
