This is an old lampshade, probably from the 50's. Looking for any idea of where this might be. Thanks.

There is only one island in a middle of a lake that comes to mind. It is in Canadian Rockies, but the name of the lake escapes me (don't laugh, I'm pretty old). I have been there years ago. Maybe others could chime in on this and identify the lake. Cheers, Alois.

P.S. Could it be Maligne Lake ?

Not a lot of info to go on here but I'll guess somewhere on the Dillon Reservoir.

In lake Siskiwit which is on Isle Royal, in Lake Superior, there is an Island named Ryan island. The island is fairly large and they say it is the largest island in a lake, on an island, in a lake, anywhere.
