Mount everest talk?

I saw a talk (on youtube I think) a while back by a female mountain guide that guided a climb on everest.
I can't find that Video anymore despite looking a lot, so I was thinking maybe one of you might be able to do so.
Here are a few things I remember from the talk:
She talked about her education as a mountain guide.
I remember that one of her clients was a product manager or something from google.
She had a pictures being high up on everest over the clouds while there was a thunderstrom in the clouds.
I think that she was also talking about the Uli Steck incident on everest which would mean it was probably Melissa Arnot but I might be mixing that up with another talk.
It was a really fascinating talk and I would love to see it again, so I hope someone knows what I am talking about.
