Uinta Highlline Trail - Hikers/Shuttle Wanted!

Planning on spending a week mid-August backpacking the Uinta Highline Trail and hoping to connect with anyone who might be out that way hiking or willing to shuttle (for a reasonable fee). Any tips from past Highliners on how they dealt with transportation or the success in that area hitchhiking would be appreciated as well! We're coming from Logan with one car.

Thanks!

Leave your car at the finish and find someone to drop you off out at the east side. Hitchhiking would be nearly impossible since its so far away.
My only advice for the hike is to stay high in the Rock Creek drainage and go by jack and jill lakes. Its a mile or two longer but is flat. Going straight across forces you down and up a steep drainage with about 600-700 elevation loss/gain and lots of downed trees from what I hear.
The Kidney Lakes was my favorite camping spot.
If you are into fishing, Continent lake has some fat Brookies. Its a little bit off trail just south of Dead Horse Pass. Its worth the stop and sees little fishing pressure.
