After not adding much to this site for quite a while now, I decided to add a mountain page!
Wahoo! This will be kinda fun! Until I tried to up load images....cripes...15 minutes with the bulk uploader and only 2 images made it through! Argh. What is up?

Not the same issue as sharp, but I am still getting a lot of "get_image_file() failed: DB Error: no database selected" when trying to go to pages, especially larger pages.

Hey Matt; thanks for the reply...and I admit I tend to have dense image files....but it seemed like the uploader tool stalled...I think I will try to upload the images one at a time and see if they go any quicker. Thanks for the help, and all of the hard work to keep this site running as smooth as possible :)

I am still getting "get_image_file() failed: DB Error: no database selected" on half of my pages and nothing loads fast. It is definitely not my connection. It is also hit or miss. Sometimes some of the pages load and sometimes I get the message. Again, nothing loads in a prompt fashion like it used to.

I was seeing the exact same problems when submitting a trip report a couple days ago (granted, it does have a lot of pictures), so today I thought I'd go back and split the report into two separate pages, but I can't even get to the trip report page. I'm good about deleting all older versions and I know the exact same link worked earlier today, but it doesn't anymore.

I can't get to any of these trip reports any more:
http://www.summitpost.org/trip-report/6 ... -trip.html
http://www.summitpost.org/trip-report/6 ... -Loop.html
http://www.summitpost.org/trip-report/5 ... orado.html
http://www.summitpost.org/trip-report/4 ... Hikes.html

Internet Exploder basically spins it wheels for a minute or two before saying that it cannot display the webpage for one of 3 reasons

You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

What gives?
